FCI Greater China ELX Distribution team organizes the first  Value Creation Partnership Product Application trainings

   With an increasing number of multinational and local companies establishing R&D and electronics manufacturing centers in China, there are tremendous opportunities for Greater China ELX teams for collaboration with channel partners for demand creation.

     To improve the technical and product knowledge of our front line distribution sales teams as well as that of distributors representatives, a 4-day intensive product application training was organized from January 26 to 29 in Dongguan, South China.

    The objective was to deliver a value creation concept by providing FCI product application knowledge to participants. The trainings were conducted by FCI Greater China & Asean regional business development managers covering communication, data, consumer segments and their respective applications.

Following the training, both distributors reps and FCI distribution staff took a 60-question quiz and all participants successfully passed the minimum requirements.

      Feedbacks from distributors were very positive - they are all looking forward to participating in similar FCI events in the future!
